3.1. Lĩnh vực hoạt động chính

4.1. Nghiên cứu nổi bật
Đề án: “Ứng dụng bã cà phê và cỏ Vetiver trong xử lý nước thải, cải tạo đất tại khu công nghiệp”
Địa điểm: Diên Thọ, Diên Khánh, Khánh Hòa – diện tích 3.000 m²
Đơn vị nghiên cứu: Công ty CP Kiến trúc Xây dựng Việt Nam Xanh
Đối tác cung cấp vật liệu sinh học: Công ty CP Cơ khí Vina Nha Trang
Mục tiêu: Xây dựng mô hình xử lý tự nhiên để đạt tiêu chí ESG cho các nhà máy.
4.2. Công nghệ và phương pháp áp dụng
Công nghệ sinh học tự nhiên: Vetiver + bã cà phê, vi sinh vật bản địa.
Công nghệ hạ tầng xanh: Hồ sinh học, hệ thống thoát nước tự nhiên (BioSwale).
Vật liệu tái tạo: Xơ dừa, bã cà phê, vật liệu hữu cơ thay thế bê tông truyền thống.
Mô hình ESG Landscape: Kết hợp năng lượng mặt trời, thu nước mưa, mái xanh.

6. ĐỊNH HƯỚNG PHÁT TRIỂN 2025–2030
Giai đoạn Mục tiêu chính
2025–2026 Hoàn thiện mô hình ESG Landscape cho KCN tại Khánh Hòa.
2026–2027 Triển khai các dự án cảnh quan ESG tại nhà máy, resort, đô thị xanh.
2028–2030 Trở thành đơn vị tiên phong và trung tâm tư vấn ESG cảnh quan tại Việt Nam.
